The Institute helps faculty members construct research programs that strengthen professional and pedagogical development. The Institute’s Publication and Presentation professional learning community (PLC) was created for faculty and staff interested in helping their research reach a broader audience. - Providing online support via links to useful guides on publishing in academia.
- Providing online support via an Online learning community to allow for peer interaction and feedback.
- Arranging consultations with mentors who advise faculty members on a variety of issues, including getting in contact with publishers, college services, grants, software availability, meeting timelines, and integrating research programs with teaching responsibilities.
- Providing presentations for faculty and staff interested in publication or presentation of research.
